We live in a world that constantly asks us to do, to perform, to produce. But what about honoring the quiet strength of simply being? Of letting your thoughts just drift, unhooked from any agenda, even if just for a moment. It's in these quiet spaces that I find so much of what I need to process, to feel truly alive.
