When you defeat your giants, you’ll release a blessing on a thousand generations. Break the curse so generations to come don’t have to.

Your DO is determined by your THINK!!

The Spirit and the flesh are at war and the battlefield is your mind. Win the battle in your thoughts, and your life will follow.

“As he thinks in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7

You said yes to the call, and now you’re finding out what it actually costs. Here are five things to hold onto:

📌 Leadership isn’t just a position, but a call to shepherd God’s people. The weight of the call isn’t in the title, it’s in how you steward the role and your faithfulness to it. Care for the people and care for them well.

📌 You carry influence so lead with integrity and conviction and always serve others with humility. Be clear on your beliefs, live out these beliefs even when no one is watching you, and never be too big to serve.

📌 You were never meant to do this on your own strength. Jesus told His disciples to wait for power before they went anywhere and that same power is available to you today.

📌 Trust God for the impossible! His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Don’t shrink the vision to fit your comfort.

📌 Be bold and remain faithful. Keep showing up, keep stewarding what the Lord has given you, and keep trusting that He’s not done. He’s the God of MORE!

You were never meant to live the Christian life in your own strength.

Before Jesus sent His disciples out, He told them to WAIT. Why? Because the assignment required power they couldn’t produce on their own.

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you…” — Acts 1:8

You need the Holy Spirit on Monday just as much as you need Him on Sunday. You need Him in your home, in your decisions, and in the moments when you don’t know how to keep going.

Stop trying to carry in your own strength what God has called you to do through HIS power.

You don’t have to do this empty. Ask Him to fill you afresh today! by @ericpetree
