Well, a small set of clouds coming from the southwest. While we @twenty_twenty6 walked this morning I stopped on the high spot, did a full 360 and at that point not a cloud in the sky #sunnyday #goodday #🌞#blessed #lowhumidity. Out amazing sky over our 🏠 right now. taken in Pipe Creek, Texas by @ericvseemann

Easter Sunday is about the celebration of JESUS rising from the grave. On the Third Day as he said he would (John 2:19).

The butterfly was adopted as a symbol of this death, burial a resurrection in a new body and form. The life cycle of a butterfly is egg, to larva (caterpillar), to pupa (chrysalis or cocoon) to adult (winged body as a Butterfly).

My brother-in-law Gilbert Lee Reed did the image of a Monarch emerging as an adult from is chrysalis, with the crosses of Golgotha in the distance. This was originally a black and white (charcoal) drawing to be used on a bulletin cover at #LindseyTrinityChurch in Lovely Lindsey Ohio, a village of heritage. At the time they would print their own bulletins in black and white.

For this special day it was given #NewLife and #Resurrected for Services in Tucson (his “hometown”), Arizona. Color added and enhanced to give it new vibrant life.

Gil left us 15 years ago, but the message of Resurrection continues in his original
Artwork and with new life.

Happy Easter everyone. by @ericvseemann
