When a storm is coming, it is important to have a nice shelter to wait.

Möja has been the perfect place for this.

🍲🥖 Nice restaurants (@mojafisk
became a headquarter when on-board cooking became too boring) and great bakery. Almost felt in France.

🚂 Some kind of hidden small train with a tiny railway.

🚲 Ended up renting out a bike to explore a bir further the Island.

🪶Ostriches are also part of the local population. Concluded they do not have the highest IQ over there.

Few days sailing ⛵️ in Stockholm's Archipelago, before a storm with yellow warning forces us to enjoy Möja.

Great weather. ☀️

Nice finding near Vaxholm with @tenorokochbrygga , good food and a jetty where we could stay overnight.

And as usual, stopping by the summer stuga of some friends to make sure everyone can enjoy my onboard wine 🍷

Idag är 1586:e dag av det fullskaliga kriget i Ukraina.
Vi fortsätter vår gemensamma kamp. Vi tackar Sverige för dess starka stöd. Vi tror att Ukraina kommer att vinna och hela den demokratiska världen kommer att vinna med det.
Stort tack till alla som medverkat i dagens demonstration: Rostyslav Skrypnyk från @stfutacticats, Kateryna Untilova, Viktoria Bobal och Erik Frank! Stort tack Oleksandr Popenko för fina uppträdanden!
Vi tar ett sommaruppehåll med demonstrationer, och är tillbaka i mitten av augusti. Vi påminner dock att Måndagsrörelsens demonstrationer till stöd av Ukraina fortsätter även under sommaren - måndagar kl. 12:00 på Norrmalmstorg!

Beeing volunteer for Nordic Ukraine Forum at Almedalsveckan means feeling home everytime you see an Ukrainian flag

And there were some everywhere 🇸🇪 🤝 🇺🇦

Because the support keeps on increasing.
As usual, Ukrainska Hubben has been the epicenter of this activity.

🔹️Unique moments where you see Ukrainian and Swedish soldiers hanging out with each other.

🔹️Some of these Ukrainian soldiers got to meet with H.E Thierry Carlier, French Embassador to Sweden (there has been one french citizen from NUF who helped to arrange that 😉)

🔹️ Shared the stage with different party representatives as well as H.E Світлана Заліщук , Ukrainian Embassador to Sweden at the Rally organized by Ryssland Ut Ur Ukraina

🔹️ And of course, caught up with our friends from Repower Charitable foundation , STFU Tacticats and Hug -Help Ukraine Gothenburg

The text below:

It is Thanks to the armed forces of Ukraine that we are still safe in Visby this year.
So please let's applaude them.

Ukraine is defending Europe and is paying the price of it.

But Anything russia is trying to destroy, ukrainians are protecting it and turn it into something even more beautiful.
You can witness it if you visit Ukrainska Hubben and Repower today.
At Nordic Ukraine Forum, we are proud of these initiatives and thankful for the Swedish support.
And now, we encourage full membership of Ukraine in the European Union.

We need each other.

With Kupala night and Midsummer, Ukraine and Sweden celebrated nature and life..

And with a continuous support, we will soon share a new celebration: the Victory of Ukraine.

On the journey to Bucha, to road is clean, sometimes still under maintenance. Some destroyed buildings remind of the russian choice of targets: houses, markets...

We walked on the well known Vokzalna street. Where columns of russian vehicles made the news headlines. Everything has been rebuilt. Physically.

The psychological trauma of a former russian occupation is still there. And this will take generations to rebuild.
We realise that almost every person we meet in the streets has been witness of these horrors.

A grandma told us when she saw russian troops passing by. While a kid and a dog were hiding in the bushes. No clue about what happened to them. English was not her main language.

The former mass grave now has a memorial for the people who have been shot in streets. And for the ones who are still missing. Only civilians.

Irpin has more physical scares. On one of the buildings, we notice that Banksy has been there before us. First time we see one of his arts.

The cultural center is still a dark ruin, reminding the goal of this war to delete any Ukrainian identity.

We imagined how it would be if one day, russian soldiers come in our district and begin shooting or raping everyone. It doesn't happen only the movies or in history books.

And it is our responsibility to make sure it is printed in the future history books and discussed in the classrooms. Beeing a citizen comes with right and duties. And it is our duty to prevent any government, including our own, from doing such actions.

There is something I need to admit after this trip.
I love your people.

This is not only about your resistance.

This is really about something that you have deep in your soul.
Everything russia tried to destroy in you, you protected it and turned into something even more beautiful.
And I want to remind you that you should be proud of yourself.

Because you made me proud to stand with you today.
My support is not only because I hate russia.
It is because I love your country, and I promise that I will never let you down. by @erik_franck_

More than four years that I am standing with you. Almost every sunday. And today, I am speaking to you with a smile on my face.
Because, last weekend, I packed my bag, and took the night train to Kyiv.
I had a lot of questions. Would I regret my choice during the air raid alerts?
Would I be seen as an idiot who needs sensations?
Or would I even get injured?
But instead of fear, I found kindness.
From the first guys in the train who saw I had no cash and insisted on buying me coffee.

To the old women who tried to help us to find our way when we were lost.
And to the fantastic people I could meet over there.
During that weekend I shared your life.

Enjoying nature and some spontaneous concerts in the streets where people were dancing around, hiding two hours in a parking lot because russia is a terrorist state, and going out to put flowers on the memorial of our heroes.

But there is something I need to admit after this trip.

A reminder that Ukraine is still fighting russia and that it is important to support the Ukrainian soldiers. They are the last shield for Europe.

Support their voice with @nordic_ukraine

You can also ship them equipment with @stfutacticats and @qm_for_ukraine , using trucks from @blagulabilen

And let them having psychological rehearsals in Sweden thanks to @repower.ngo

russia is weaponizing winter: 300,000 people in Kyiv are without heating in freezing temperatures.

While Ukrainians freeze, russian athletes compete under a neutral flag, silence is not neutrality, it is approval.

russians have seen Bucha and Mariupol and still remain silent; there is no excuse of ignorance.

Europe is stepping backward, reopening dialogue and business with russia instead of facing reality.

Peace will not come from statements or deals — peace requires Ukraine’s victory.
