What is calm to you? For me it’s ridding my children’s sporting gear of the horrible stench that’s been trapped in their bags.
Maybe you like to go to sleep and smell calm, white tea? Well then, here’s the product for you.
After all. I should just smell the grass at the games being a spectator and not the shoes.
One quick wash later and I smell the fresh calm again.

With age comes perimenopause. With perimenopause comes night sweats on occasions. I wanted to stick to natural deodorants without aluminum but sadly natural products didn’t do a single thing for my underarms and sweat.
This product kept me dry throughout the night and no stink. Apply at night before bed and the next day, shower and go about your day.

As we age our body has specific needs and those needs change constantly. With my job comes muscle strain, back pain, and constant need of mobility. I read all that magnesium glycinate is helpful for and decided it could be a good match for my needs.
The nice thing about these gummies is how easy they are to take. They are not too sweet and have a slightly soapy taste but not unpleasant. Maybe it’s just my taste buds. These gummies are easy on my stomach and did not cause any upset.
The best part. Since taking these. I’ve noticed a decrease in back stiffness when awakening. I tested the theory and went a few days without taking 2 at night and sure enough. The stiffness came back. Started taking them again and more mobility again. Magnesium glycinate is something documented to possibly help with muscle strain and that was what I wanted to take it for. So far I am liking the results.
So if you’re looking for a supplement that supports your body’s health. Give it a try.

Being a woman in her upper 40’s means being a woman that needs vitamins specific to her age. These gummies taste great and help me keep going and fill in the gaps of any missing vitamins my body needs. No more excuses. Take care of your body from the inside first.

When you come from a small town that also suffered a horrific bus and train accident in 1995… we’re more than just a town. We’re a family. Loved seeing faces from Orchard Street Middle School classes of 1990-2000. Event held on the street I grew up on #groverpalooza #frg #foxrivergrove #groversforlife #norgeskijump by @erika_benison

Proud female moment. I changed my own door blend actuator. Having smaller hands and fingers made it easier (although still difficult).. I had to rig some tools to get to angles needed and used some tape to keep a screw attached until I could reach a hole. A little google and you tube and now my passenger side doesn’t blow out hot air and blows out A/C again. Cheers to all of the women that try to fix things themselves first. #womenfixingcars #womenempowerment by @erika_benison
