3 years, countless late nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of balancing it all… and I can finally say — I DID IT!⁣
⁣
Doing this while working a full time job and growing in my career, strengthening my mental and physical health (as much as possible 😅), and still making space for the people and moments that matter most was far from easy… but it was so worth it.⁣
⁣
For anyone new to it — Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health that’s been around for thousands of years. It’s all about understanding your unique mind-body type and creating balance through things like nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and daily habits. Especially as we get older and life gets 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹, it’s less about extremes and more about sustainable, personalized wellness 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️⁣

I’m really proud of myself for sticking with this (can’t tell you how many times I wanted to give up) and even more excited to start applying what I’ve learned to help others feel better, live healthier, and come back into balance 🤍⁣
