Really cool property and one I was fortunate to represent. Stoked for my sellers and excited we got this one across the finish line.

🌨️ 14 inches of fresh snow overnight and more on the way❄️ If you thought winter was winding down, THINK AGAIN. The turns are deep, the stoke is high, and the mountains are calling. Are you here for it? ⛷️🏂

We bought a house without seeing it—Here’s what happened ⤵️

But first, if you wanna watch the whole YouTube video of this clip comment “roadgap” and I’ll send You the link.

When we decided to test our out-of-state investing skills, we wanted to go all in. Not exactly super risky and not worth it but hey…whatever ⤵️

As BRRRR investors (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), we knew that trusting our team was the key to scaling.

But this time, we took it to the next level—we bought a property in Mountain Home and didn’t step foot inside until the renovation was completely finished.

We had worked with our property manager and renovation team before, but this was different. We approved materials, signed off on the big plans, and then?

We let them handle everything—design choices, finishes, and the entire execution.

No site visits. No micromanaging. Just full trust in the system we were building for future out-of-state investments.

The result? Not only did the property turn out exactly as we wanted, but it was also our most cost-effective renovation and prob our best preforming property.
