Street date! HOMECOMING from Arin Aksberg and Sam Rosenthal is now available everywhere you stream music.

Projekt and Black Tape For A Blue Girl founder Sam Rosenthal collaborates with Norwegian artist Arin Aksberg on five distinctive reinterpretations of Arin’s track “Homecoming.” Featuring reappearing melodic themes and instrumentation, the transmutations stretch, re-evaluate, and return to ideas of safety after a long journey. For “Homecoming (Nostos),” Sam invited Projekt’s other Norwegian artist, Erik Wøllo, to contribute a gritty rock-driven expressive electric guitar performance. @arinaksberg @blacktapeforabluegirl @erikwollo

Jumping back into one of my favorite recent releases. There is SO MUCH great music on Earthshine by Erik Wøllo. We are absorbing the magic of "Shades of Light".

Street date! EARTHSHINE from Erik Wøllo is available everywhere! Layers of processed drones and sequencer pulses alternately rise into expressive statements and subside into hushed, sparse moments, shaping visual impressionistic inner expanses. The magic here is the way the album shifts and transforms as the elements combine. @erikwollo

“SPANNED TIMES”, the New album (EP) with Byron Metcalf is released today!

https://byronmetcalf.bandcamp.com/album/spanned-times-ep

Lot’s of electric guitars together with Byron’s layered drums and percussion work. Combined with radiant, sustained atmospheres that shimmer with depth and resonance!

“Spanned Times" continues the duo’s shared vision first crystallized on “Earth Luminous” (Projekt Records 2016): an alchemy of etheric ambience and reality-grounded rhythm that serves as a vessel for discovery. Metcalf and Wøllo deepen their sonic dialogue, offering a listening experience that is meditative yet dynamic, contemplative yet vividly alive.
