5 more days would've been 11 years since Jack was adopted. Yesterday I had to say goodbye to him. Only I didn't get to say goodbye. He passed suddenly and I'll never forgive myself for not being there with him. My heart hurts so much. He was the best dog I could've ever asked for. I love you so much my nugget, I don't know how I'm supposed to live without you 💔💔💔💔💔💔 I hope you know how loved you are my nugget. I hope you're up there getting so much love from my dad. I had to say goodbye to my best friend last night. ❤😭💔 My heart is literally in a 1000 pieces today. Today is the anniversary of when we adopted him, only 4 years ago today. The hardest part of adopting a senior dog is not having enough time with them. 4 years was absolutely not enough time. But it's never enough time. And the love you get from them in that short time and knowing they didn't spend their final years in a shelter is worth all the pain. This boy was my world. 💔 Love and kiss your animals every chance you get, cause you never know when you won't get to anymore. I'd give anything for just one more ❤💔 Thank you @doofcrew for bringing him into my life. He changed it forever. They say having a dog will bless you with many of the happiest days of your life, and one of the worst. That is 100% true. I miss you so much my sweet Fred. Life is so not fair 💔💔💔 by @erin_rose_e

I had to say goodbye to my sweet Rosco last night 💔💔💔💔 My heart is in so many pieces today. He was my first baby. Got him when he was 9 weeks old and had him for 15 and a half years. I love you so much my sweet boy 💔💔💔 Thank you for being the best friend I ever could've asked for. Love and hug your pets as much as you possibly can before you can't anymore. I hate life today. He was the sweetest boy. I lost my sweet Fred only a year ago, I was not ready for this. But, I guess you're never ready for this. They deserve so much more time. 😔

We absolutely loved this cabin in Gold Bar. I said "wow" so many times after walking in the door. Everything was so beautiful I almost didn't want to touch it. 😂

Located near tons of hikes, Espresso Chalet, 30 minutes from Steven's Pass, an hour from Leavenworth.

This place has 2 bedrooms so great for a group or families. Dog friendly 🐾 Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. And not to mention the hot tub on the river 😍

You can book this cabin through @skyvalleyretreatpnw on the link on their page. This was a perfect getaway. 🥹
