I got new boots just for days like this. 💐 by @erinattwell

This is what it’s all about! Can’t believe it’s been one year since the Olympics.

This past year has been one of big transitions, and although it’s had its challenges, I am glad I’m on this path. For well over a decade I was laser focused on a singular goal. Now it’s done and behind me. Now what? Well, for one thing I’ve gone back to school. I have a job and I have awesome coworkers. I’ve taken up running. I’ve started playing some tennis. I’m going bike packing for the first time ever. I have made time for things I had put off during full time training. Sport offered me structure that I only craved once I had none. Empowerment for me looks different now, I have new goals for the gym and new goals on the bike, but at the end of the day I focus on having fun and enjoying the journey.

So life looks different right now. I don’t know what life will look like in a year or even five years from now, it’s all about the journey and right now I’m just riding the wave. 🌊

If you’ve also been on a similar path and feeling a little bit lost. please reach out! I’d love to chat! by @erinattwell

🍁Happy Olympic Day🍁 some days I feel like I’m still coming off the high of the Olympic Games. What an incredible life experience and I am truly honoured to have had the privilege to compete under the maple leaf. I will always be #TeamCanada ❤️ by @erinattwell

I am feeling incredibly proud to be part of @teamcanada 🍁

Thank you, @gameplancanada and @teamcanada, for putting on such a special event to honour the achievements of the 2024 Paris Olympic team. by @erinattwell

Hornby is getting me through some big hikes. I think it's safe to say @hornbyorganic has some of the best bars out there, but I'm not biased ;).

If you haven't already, give these bars a try. This one has to be my number one fav. The chocolate fudge throughout the bar creates an extra burst of sweetness in every bite and always leaves me craving just a little bit more. #hornbyorganic #everythingyouneednothingyoudont by @erinattwell

After a magical last few weeks it’s nice to explore some of the British country side. I’m lucky to work with @hornbyorganic who make the best bars! The bars have fuelled me during racing and now on some LONG hikes. Thank you @hornbyorganic 🤗🤗 #hornbyorganic by @erinattwell
