So you’re thinking about buying a house? 🏡
I could give you 10 things to do before you buy… but honestly, let’s not overcomplicate things!

🍂Life gets busy, the days fly by, and sometimes I get so caught up in what’s next that I forget to appreciate what’s right in front of me.
November, the month of Thanksgiving is a great reminder of everything I am thankful for 🧡
Today, I am thankful for the little things….my morning coffee, cozy blanket on the couch, and my favorite little girl; Moe, all snuggly and purring 🐈‍⬛.
The little things are the best 🧡

📸 Think all real estate agents do the same thing? Think again! 😂🏡

Selling a home is about SO much more than putting a sign in the yard and uploading a few photos.

From professional photography and creative marketing to the little details that make a listing stand out, I go the extra mile for my sellers. 💪

💰 Discounted commission doesn’t always mean the same level of service, and my paycheck? It’s earned, not given! Every home, every client, every detail matters. ❤️

You’re not just paying for an agent… you’re investing in the person who’s going to fight for your best interests and work hard to get your home sold!

Let’s just be honest…..I DON’T Cook 😂

I do, however, LOVE a good home cooked meal, and that is exactly why Miami Market is one of my favorite go to spots 🙌🏻

They do the cooking.
I take the credit for making a great dinner choice 😉 and nobody has to wash a pile of dishes!!!

Sharing their October menu because if you’re anything like me, sometimes the best dinner plan is letting someone else make it! ❤️🍽️

Support local! Eat Well!
Pretend you cooked 😂

Some reviews make you smile….and then there are ones that bring you completely to tears. ❤️

This one meant so much to me because it spoke to the very things I pride myself on as a Realtor: patience, honesty, attention to detail, and doing my due diligence to make sure my clients find a home that truly suited them.

To have them recognize those things and put them into words means more than I can say.

Thank you for trusting me and for taking the time to share such a beautiful review. I will treasure your words ❤️
