STORY TIME…

I became a 200-hour qualified yoga and meditation teacher.

Not because I was naturally good at either.
Because I wasn’t.

I’ve never been naturally flexible.
My brain is loud.
I fidget.
My mind wanders.

I’ve always believed the things that challenge us have the most to teach us.

I don’t actively teach at the moment, but I carry parts of both practices with me every day.

You don’t have to be naturally good at something for it to quietly change your life.

Once upon a time, Melbourne was home. Then I fell in love with someone whose life was in Brisbane—with two kids and a whole world already in motion.

So I packed up mine.

Getting to show her around the place I left feels pretty special. A little of my story becoming part of ours. 🫀

“Hey Mum, can you do my hair and makeup for the party?” 🥹💕

Just immortalising this little moment for the day she decides having Mum do her glam isn’t cool anymore. 💖 by @erinbigg

All in a day’s work as a stepdad. 😂

One minute you’re getting punched in the face, the next you’re having your makeup done—and by school drop-off, you’re wearing her hoodie.

You never quite know what you’re in for. You just keep turning up anyway. 🫀
