While we wait for wedding photos to come in, I want to take a moment to focus on the fact that I have never felt more beautiful in my whole life than on my wedding day and I don’t know if everyone can say that. Below I’m highlighting all people involved because it was an investment long before I sat down for HMU.Makeup: @marcoartistry I’ve never had my makeup done and not gone back to my own mirror and frantically fixed something until Marco. He’s truly the most talented.Wedding hair: @hjrromero Humberto brought the team for my mom and mother in laws to feel beautiful that day. He made my hair dreams come true. Even pinned up mid process I felt like a doll. And he eased my angst with his calm energy. Hair in blue dress: @marcoartistry Marco asked me how I was doing my hair the night before. I said I wasn’t sure and I’d figure out something. He looked at me and goes let me help you. He’s someone who cares deeply about his work.Skin and facial balancing: @undetectable.injector Over 6 months ago I told Guiliana I was getting married and we immediately created a plan for my skin and face to be it’s best. Lasers, Botox, PDGF to name a few. The whole team at @therealskinsavant has been cheering for me leading up to the wedding day.Hair color: @emalyb_color @beautysupply_nyc I’ve been with Emaly for years and she is without a doubt the blonde master. Sitting in her chair is my excuse to go to New York. Spray tan: Zee at @mixmansions I have recently been getting more comfortable in my pale skin but I knew for my wedding day I wanted to feel my best, which means I’m tan. Zee was a master of her craft and made sure it would fade to the perfect color by my wedding day. Hair products: I focused on hair health leading up to the big day and I attribute its improvements and strength and shine to @deborahpaganibeauty @crownaffair Photos by @marcoartistry and @hjrromero Thank you all for your craft and the moments shared together. This little girl is one year older today. I’m not a very reminiscent person but for some reason (maybe it’s because this week I am also entering into a new life chapter marrying Nick) I can’t help but think of little me. I think she’d be so proud of me. Who I am. All I have accomplished. The places I’ve lived and visited and explored. The way I love nature. How hard I work. The way I think, move, and take care of myself. She’d think the stories of my life I’ve collected over the years are fascinating and wild! She’d think I’m beautiful. And she would definitely, without a doubt in my mind, love the person I am choosing to marry this week. She’d think we are so cool. She’d think Nick is super cute and she’d love his infectious joy for life. So cheers to another year around the sun and becoming someone younger me would look up to! I am so excited for the week ahead! by @erinfalter
