it’s been so amazing building our our rave community in la 🌟! I recently joined @lashufflers hosted by the VERY talented @stephyshuffles in santa monica. the first meetup I joined featured choreo that was much more advanced than I am atm 😂 so here’s some freestyle from your comparatively novice shuffler lol 😇 if you’re local and want to come vibe with us, head to the lashufflers page for upcoming meetup info and def follow stephy for tutorials!! 💖🪩✨ taken in Santa Monica, California by @erinfrenchie

I’m FOREVER a dedicated student of myself / the Universe. I think every assessment is valuable whether they are astrological signatures, the enneagram, human design… it’s helpful to have a new outside lens on your own meat suit as you’re walking around in it. I’m just skimming the surface here, so go to humandesignblueprint.com 🫶 not a paid ad lol. you might learn something about yourself that could help you navigate the planet a little easier. love you 🤍 by @erinfrenchie

welcome to episode 1 of my new series - frenchie’s finds 🙂 this series is by no means a formulaic approach. we’ll see how long it runs/we’re just here to have fun 🙃 i honestly just want to share things i find week over week - words of wisdom, new artists who enter my orbit, an amazing fact or gluten free treat, anything worth sharing 💖

today’s finds include grabs from ig + pinterest 🪩 i made none of these except slide 1 but forgive me because i haven’t tracked down every artist to credit 🫂🙏🤍 but wow these hit home 😂

happy august!!! i hope your saturday has been the dreamiest ever. let’s step into our new timelines this month - how are you spending it? by @erinfrenchie
