Welcome to my first reel 😇 If you’re learning to choose yourself without feeling guilty

if you’re discovering that putting yourself first actually makes you a better wife, mom, and woman

if you’re romanticizing the ordinary and creating a life you don’t need a vacation from

you might like it here, and I hope you’ll stay. 🤍 •

Taking care of my body has become one of the biggest ways into my soft life era. 🤍

Here’s what one of my wellness days looks like:
✨ Yoga
🏋🏻‍♀️ Gym
❤️Red Light Therapy
🔥 Infrared Sauna
🧊 Cryotherapy
💨 Hip Compression

I do this routine 3 days a week, in this exact order.

I want to feel strong, healthy, energized, and take care of the body that’s carried me through every season of life.

What’s one thing you do each week that makes your body feel loved?🤍#selfcare #yoga #gymgirls #cryo #sauna by @erinnedream

The famous Café Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam ☕️🤩💕

One of the coolest little spots in Saigon ☕️✨ An old apartment building turned into floors of cute cafés, boutiques, and hidden gems. Every balcony has something different, so half the fun is just wandering around and seeing what you find. 🇻🇳 taken in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by @erinnedream

1 a.m. on a school night, and this little girl, barefoot and drenched from the rain, is out selling flowers just to make a little money. There are so many children like her, some even younger, who miss out on an education and spend their nights surviving on the streets. My friend gave her his umbrella, offering what little comfort we could in that moment. 💔 taken in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by @erinnedream

The most beautiful hotel in all of Ho Chi Minh City!
It has an incredible spa and multiple restaurants and on the 81st floor, a 360° view of the entire city 😍 I stayed here my final week in Vietnam, definitely saved the best for last 🤩 taken in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam by @erinnedream

I visited a coastal town in Central Vietnam and got to stay with some of the nicest people. It was a very different experience, but one I will always cherish! 🤍 Here’s a little recap.

A couple of the places I visited during this trip, such as Hoi An and Minh Duc Pagoda, will have their own recap videos so I can share more details and give you a better look at each one. taken in Vietnam by @erinnedream
