I gobbled this book up! This cozy mystery has so many elements that kept me engaged. First, I graduated high school in 2004, and all of the pop culture references were incredibly accurate! This was a coming-of-age, but for an adult instead of a 20-something year old. I adored the focus on learning to trust yourself, especially during the uncomfortable periods of change within your life. While there is a sense of found family, it definitely feels more like found community. I also really enjoyed the relationship between the Drew and Nick, and hope to see more of both of them!

Thank you to @netgalley and @minotaur_books for this ARC. by @erinslostinabook

"The Oxford Guide to Scandals & Lies" by @writerlykate was such a fun read! A University setting during post-WW2, secret societies, unlikely partners?!? Yes please! I loved the Nancy Drew vibes with fun plot twists! Greatly looking forward to the next book in the series!

Thank you @netgalley and @minotaur_books for the opportunity to review this book! by @erinslostinabook

🌻 Grumpy x Sunshine
🧡 Small Town
🌻 Forced Proximity
🧡 Road Trip
🌻 Maid of Honor x Best Man
🧡 Banter

🤩 Y’all get ready!!!

𝘼𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙀𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝- 𝙻𝚒𝚕𝚢 𝚁𝚒𝚍𝚐𝚎 𝙱𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝟸 is coming!

In Book 1, 𝘈𝘭𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 (freaking great, btw), we were introduced to Violet’s BFF Whitley.

🧨 Whitley was a firecracker and quickly became a favorite character.
Now, we get her story!

💯 And I’m telling you, that Banter is gunna be On Point!

🌶️ And you know the spice will be spicin’.

🚗 I am SO ready for a road trip with this Grumpy x Sunshine duo.

🤤 All kinds of things are bound to happen with Forced Proximity and I am drooling with anticipation.

Y'all, I fell WAY behind on my reading wrap ups! But here's what I've been up to! I had the privilege to Alpha read 2 books, Beta read 2 more, and review ARCs for 2 more authors! I listened to 2 books with my kiddo, and began listening my way through the Throne of Glass series for the first time! I also started my reread of The Kindred's Curse Saga in preparation for the final book releasing September 8th! by @erinslostinabook
