Wondering why your home isn’t selling? It usually comes down to one of the 3 Ps:

💰 Price: If the price doesn’t match TODAY’s market, buyers will scroll right past it. Not last year’s market, or even 3 months ago’s market.

🏡 Property: Deferred maintenance, outdated finishes, poor staging, or condition issues can make buyers hesitant.

📣 Promotion: Even a great home can sit if it’s marketed poorly. Professional photography, strategic exposure, social media, agent networking, open houses and strong representation all matter.

The good news? Every one of these can be fixed.

If your home has been sitting on the market longer than expected, let’s identify which of the 3 Ps is holding it back and create a plan to get it sold.

If you’re interesting in buying this fantastic townhome for JUST 300K, comment FAR here for the details!!
