Thank you everyone for 60 subs! :) Wanted to make an actual meet the artist for Ermin and I. So hiiiiii!👋 Like it says in our bio we are two friends hoping to create a webtoon called TEN together. Stick around and hopefully the prologue will release later this year. 🤍 The next few days I’ll be uploading some more of our OC’s. In the meantime, let’s geek out about our shared interests and fandoms! -Moo

Nem is Qara’s foil. He’s brooding, angsty, and confused. As a boy he was never taught how to deal with his emotions healthily, so he struggles with making friends. As the white carrier he is seen as the world’s “savior”. From a young age he’s been told his life’s purpose is to find and end the black carrier. Nem’s journey is one of self discovery and redemption.

Fun fact: As a young adult one of Nem’s only true companions is his pet “Dax” a sassy crossbreed of a Lingsang and Raven. One of Nem’s powers is the ability to talk to animals and he finds Dax is one of the few beings he can confide in.

Qara is the main protagonist in our story! She’s full of life and likes to look at the good in everyone and everything. However, the happiness she wears is masking the pain and hurt she carries. As the black carrier the world see’s her as the villain, someone that needs to be destroyed and eradicated for the sanctity of the world. Qara’s journey is one of uncovering truth and tearing down labels and rules put in place by a god that doesn’t seem to care.

Fun fact: There is only one black carrier in the world at a time, which makes Qara one of the most powerful humans in the world of Mövsüm. Her favorite power she can wield is shadow manipulation.

Thumbnail art! ✨spent sometime last night making the first draft of our webtoons cover art! What do you all think? Will probably fix some of the shading but I’m pretty pleased.

Ermin and I hope to have the prologue episode of T.E.N uploaded by the end of the year. We are excited to start sharing more about our characters and world.

“The Kid” is a whirlwind of energy and positivity. A constant thorn in his fellow pirate crews side. He both entertains and annoys, especially when around Gümlar, the pirate crew’s cook. “The Kid” is a hopeless romantic constantly daydreaming and getting himself in trouble. As fierce as a wet rag and as derpy as a toothless chihuahua, he uses his humor to gain favor and likability. The only thing he wants is to fit in and belong, because when he was growing up he always felt like an outcast.

** Jump to slide three to see me struggle with his ref sheet, haha. It was a journey as I was in a bit of an art block. -moo

Uh, yeah I just- wanna let you know, THE BACK OF YOUR HEAD IS RIDICULOUS.

(This was the first time I posted a character ref without art help from Ermin. Can you tell?? I can 💀 I was Practicing different angles 🫣and i know the proportions on this one are really wonky, but I wanted to still post because this 10 days of T.E.N has really pushed me out of my art comfort zone. I’m still more comfortable with backgrounds and Ermin is way better at drawing people but everyday is progress! I need to practice drawing undercuts…-moo)

Gianni and Mavi are our secret lovers. 🤫 As a pink and green aura they aren’t suppose to fraternize outside of work. We don’t want to say too much about them yet, but aren’t they cute 🥹🤍.

Irati is Nem’s childhood best friend. She is boisterous and has one of the biggest and most infectious laughs. She is the darling of Saizon, having two purple carriers as parents. With both power and money anyone else would have ended up as a spoiled brat, but Irati has a philanthropic and down to earth soul.

This world has a lot of questions and mysteries, most involving the Overseer and a friendly little orb that seems to follow Qara everywhere she goes.

Fun fact: The orb and overseer were very hard for Ermin and I to design. The orb needed to seem friendly but still a little celestial. The end product is a mix between calcifer from “Howl’s Moving Castle” and spiritual orbs. The overseer took us weeks to design…maybe one day we will share drafts because it was a wild journey to end up with something we were both happy with. -Moo

Dino (they/them) has had more than their fair share of tragedy for someone so young. Orphaned and left to fend for themselves Dino was saved from the streets of Saizon by Foley. Many people think Dino is mute because of their quiet demeanor but, they prefer to observe and take action quickly. Hardened by life on the street it takes a lot to get them out of their shell, but as part of Foley’s crew they have once again started to be a kid again.

Fun fact: Dino’s powers are very unique. They have the ability to kill a creature/human simply by singing a song. This of course comes at a price, but after a horrible incident Dino has not sung a single note since.
