From blank white pages to a panoramic view of Rome — finely drawn in Unipin 0.05 mm black liner over three intense days.

Check out my favourite page in my sketchbook from 2024 - every delicate line, every careful shading stroke and every patch of cross-hatching of the Roman skyline 💓

I hope you can feel the streets, rooftops, and piazzas come to life.

The Amazon sketches, part 2

The final collection of my drawings from The Amazon rainforest.

Here is what I would see, and the drawing that came from it.

I love how you can see all the birds flying in the first slide - this place was teeming with life!!!

do you have a fave sketch & video? :)) by @erriaart

a closer look at one of my sketches from the Amazon :)

I loved the banana trees (I think??) surrounding this house. they brought a familiarity to this totally new landscape

behind the scenes of my latest sketches (you’ll want the sound on for this one!)

I think you can tell how happy I was to be there???

for me, the soundscape of the Amazon was by far the most overwhelming aspect

putting this post together made me think that my drawings bring back memories of the sounds I heard as much as the sights I saw!!

it’s a funny thing tho, the wildlife is so well camouflaged you can’t see anything but trees - yet they are there watching you, calling to each other

birds, monkeys, insects can be heard at all times from all directions..

& then of course the local people like playing their own music too!!

it was the most special experience of my life and I wanted to share that here with you guys

Here’s one of my fave sketches. I drew it while moored on the side of the river surrounded by so much nature :))
