Bride Focus — Claudia. Soft structure, warm tones, and skin that speaks for itself.

Hair was a polished half up with soft movement — clean, structured, and effortless from every angle. One of our favourite styles this season.

For makeup, we went primarily Glowing Natural with a monochromatic approach — pink and peach tones layered across the cheeks and lips with a lot of glow. We microconcealed with concealer only and let Claudia’s natural skin come through. A little more emphasis on the lashes and lash line gave the eyes definition without competing with the skin.

Meet Jennie — hair and makeup artist, Hourglass Ambient Lighting devotee, and someone who was always going to end up in beauty one way or another.

Jennie’s approach is natural glam at its most refined — radiant skin that still looks like skin, just smoother, more even, more lit from within. She studied Chemistry Technology before fully pursuing beauty, so she was always going to be working with formulas and textures — she just found her way to the other side of the lab.

Outside of weddings, Jennie works full-time in a live broadcast studio, which means she’s behind the chair almost every day. That constant practice shows — her work is polished, efficient, and consistent.

Give us a quick spin.

It’s one of the first things we say once a style is set — because a hair look isn’t finished until it works from every angle.

Brides are photographed and seen in 3D, not just face-on. So we style that way. During every trial, we walk 360 degrees, photograph each angle, and take video to document the details. On wedding day, we do the same.

Fall is when we shift.

The air changes, the skin changes, and the routine should change with it. This time of year, we add a few extras — gentle exfoliation, more oil, intentional rest days, and extra attention to the lips.

We recently brought part of our team together for a portfolio day: a full day of creating, refining, and working through our signature looks side by side.

These days aren’t about learning something new — they’re about getting sharper at what we already do. Adjusting technique, studying how light hits a finish, seeing how another artist approaches the same look differently. It’s the kind of detail work that only happens when you’re in a room together.

Bride Focus — Alex, at The Great Hall in Toronto this past July.

Alex wanted something sculptural and editorial — a shape with intention, polished but interesting. For makeup, we leaned into glowing, natural skin and let a focus lip colour carry the look. Mascara only, no lashes — just soft, open eyes.

We had every kind of weather that day — sun, cloud, heavy rain, and a tornado warning — but this group made it one of the most fun wedding mornings we’ve had. by @esbridal

Diana brings a natural, fresh approach to bridal beauty — warmed-up cheeks, lifted lashes, something simple on the lips. She studied Urban Planning at Ryerson before fully pursuing beauty, and that eye for structure and detail shows up in every style she creates.
