Two years ago, “Il Perché (Why)” was released.
This was a special baby for me and oh it brings back good memories.

I've collected MANY sunset videos since living in my apartment in Paris BUT THIS has to be one of the best colour show the sky has ever gifted me ... 🥹 Also, can you hear the city breathing? 🔊

I genuinely organise my day so I can be home at sunset time🥲 taken in Paris, France by @esc_dop

🌙 Shadow Dance, Partial Solar Eclipse 12.08.2026
--
If you know me, you know I love to perform Shadow Dances.
I couldn't let this Eclipse pass without arranging a little dance. I tested a few materials hoping they would appear with the half sun effect during the Eclipse and I cannot believe the result!! The perfect distance and movement with the material, created the most incredible shapes. I was in owe.
🌙
I don't quite know how to explain the experience, but I'll try. The studio is upside down, I'm painting, taking videos, dancing and as it gets colder and quieter outside I feel warmer and warmer. It became a very chaotic experience, far from what I expected.
My head is about to explode, is pounding, all while I'm naked in broad daylight in my studio, hoping the neighbours are too busy assisting the most incredible show nature has to offer - the Solar Eclipse.
There is something so special about performing with and for nature. It's like time goes so fast, but I find stillness when the moment is just right and I really enter a place of no space and time.
Shadow Dances, to me, capture a moment in time. Shadows take away the light, making themselves present.
The Moon crossed the Sun and I got to wrap myself in their image.
A moment in time on Earth and far away in the universe, in one performance video.

One from the past …This is “Hide & Seek” part of the “5 Steps To You” series for my, now discontinued, magazine @esczine
- 2018 -
Production, Concept and Creative Direction: 🙋🏻‍♀️
Photography: @rexleung27
Styling: darkandafro
HMUA: @rakuyeung
Talent: @cosmowellings @kyona.vs

This was an incredibly fun shoot for me, crew was just genius and with our talent it was like filming with two grown up kids that where not afraid to sing and laughing on set ! I’m aware that you normally wouldn’t have models smiling, as that moody sad face invades magazines, but it was what I envisioned and they really delivered. Definitely one I still remember with a smile! Thank you guys.

Genuinely one of the best stage presences I have witnessed so far.
I was transported somewhere warm, safe, surrounded by tears I understood very well. I spent years not being excited about contemporary music but I have so say, this feeling has been changing recently. Oh how I love changing and being challenged.
There are some very exciting talents rising in the music scene today and I feel honoured to have the chance to document this moment in time ✨
