I've loved this photo ever since I took it last year. Why haven't I posted it? It's out of focus. And good photographs are always in focus. But then I thought "well, the happiness of both the "driver" and both the two passengers make up for it". And after all, we all need a smile every now and then😊.

The thing about my photography is that it is eclectic, and it always has been. I love sunrises and sunsets, lighthouses and seascapes, but I also like street photography.

And I used to think street photography needed to be presented in black and white, but then I started seeing photographers who shot in color and did a right fine job of it. So I decided to throw caution to the wind and try it on this photo. Because who doesn't love being a copycat? And I have to say, I kinda like it!🤓

This isn't your typical winter photo I know...and I even vowed to embrace winter from now on. However, the memo to my camera must have gotten lost, because I couldn't find any winter photos that spoke to me (I swear that's a figure of speech😁). Maybe just imagine this is in the in winter with snow🤭. I hope everyone has a joyous holiday and winter season!❄️

I was pretty proud of myself for getting up in time for sunrise. Actually, that was rather easy. The hard part was trying to remember how to use my camera that early in the morning😁.

The beautiful thing about street photography is the stealth aspect of going unnoticed. Take this photo for example...I snuck up on these Boston Police Officers engaged in official business, and got this candid shot without any of them knowing. Brilliant I'd say...what's that? One of them is looking straight at me? Say, that reminds me, does anyone have the number to the Witness Protection Program? Asking for a friend.😬
