🏆🏆 2X NATIONAL CHAMPION!

What a moment! FloZo (Zoey) helped lead her team to another USATF Junior Olympics National Championship, earning her second national title with an incredible performance in the 4×400m Relay at the 2026 USATF Junior Olympics.

Watching your hard work, resilience, and dedication pay off on the biggest stage has been amazing. You showed up when your team needed you most, and together you accomplished something truly special.

We are beyond proud of you and your amazing teammates. Congratulations on bringing home another National Championship, you’ve earned every bit of this moment! The journey continues, and the future is incredibly bright. 🤍🖤

🏁 TRACK SEASON COMPLETE… BUT THE WORK NEVER STOPS. 🎾💪🏾

As we close out an incredible 2026 track season, EseneGirls wants to say THANK YOU to every sponsor, coach, family member, friend, and supporter who poured into us this season! ❤️

Every name on the back of these shirts represents someone who believed in our girls, supported their journey, and helped make this season possible. We carried you with us through every practice, every meet, every medal, every PR and all the way to the Junior Olympics. 🏅🙏🏾

Now it’s time to switch gears! 🔄

👟 Track season ➡️ 🎾 Tennis season

We’re back on the tennis court THIS WEEK, and the training continues until it’s time to lace the spikes back up in December.

Different sport. Same work ethic. Same mission. Same EseneGirls. 💜

To our sponsors: THANK YOU for being part of the journey. We hope we made you proud! 🙏🏾

What a day at Second Serve! 🎾💜

Thank you to every family who came out to play, learn, and spend the afternoon with us. We had twice the turnout of last year, and your encouragement and positive feedback have meant so much to our family.

To our coaches, volunteers, and everyone who helped behind the scenes: thank you for giving your time and energy. A special thank you to our sponsors: My Tennis Wall, Tennis Express, BLW Property Group, Mobile Script Delivery, and A List Real Estate Group.

This is why FITC Foundation exists: bringing families together through tennis. We can’t wait to see you on the court again!

🎾 Understanding the FUNCTION behind the shot!

It’s not just about hitting the ball. It’s about understanding why, when, and where to hit it.

Coach Julious breaking down the purpose of the cross-court shot with Alexis, then putting it into action with the girls. Cross-court function, serves, movement, repetition, and plenty of good work today. 💪🏾🎾

Great private session with Coach Julious. We love seeing the girls learn the game, not just play it.

One session at a time. Keep building. 🧱🎾

Labor Day, but the work doesn’t stop! 🎾💪🏾

While others were sleeping in, the Esene Girls were on the court putting in the reps with the fam working on their footwork, movement, positioning, and discipline. Progress is earned one practice at a time.

No days off when you’re chasing greatness. Keep working, girls! 🔥
