NEW HEADSHOTS, NEW CHARACTERS 🎭✨

My hair grows way too fast… so obviously it was time for new headshots 💁‍♀️

After some really helpful chats with my amazing agent @wozmanagement , I put together a full plan - characters, outfits, hair, makeup, even the emotional tone behind each shot!

Then @tombarkerphoto stepped in and absolutely delivered - not only incredibly talented, but the kind of photographer who goes above and beyond to bring your vision to life. I couldn’t be happier with these 🤍

A little walk down memory lane. 🥹

The other day it hit me right in the face - my first ever photoshoot was 10 years ago. Ten. Years. Ago. How?! I swear I sometimes still feel like that awkward 20-something showing up with a suitcase full of chaotic outfits and zero idea what I am doing.

But somehow, between the blurry early mornings, the questionable styling choices, the creative highs (and lows), the last-minute calls, the gigs that shaped me and the ones that pushed me… these years became some of the most beautiful of my life.

What truly made this decade unforgettable is the people. The photographers who trusted me before I trusted myself. The models, HMUAs, stylists, the creatives who became friends - and the friends who became chosen family. Some of the warmest, funniest, most brilliant humans I know crossed my path because of this job. I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

2026 is already shaping up to be full of opportunities (and yes, a couple of delicious surprises 👀). I feel excited, grateful, and slightly terrified in the best way - which usually means something good is coming.

So thank you.
For 10 years of unconditional support.
For 10 years of creativity.
10 years of friendship.
10 years of thousands of images, mad ideas, big laughs, tiny breakdowns, and so much love.

Here’s to 10 years - and to whatever magic comes next. 🥂🍾

Would you guess Esi was laying in the woods in the middle of the park with dog walkers going by? No?

Good. That's what we want. Evoking fairytales in normal every day settings. That's part of what makes these shoots so magical for me.

Two more from my amazing shoot with Esi. I'm enjoying taking my time over the edits from this shoot - there's not a lot to edit, really, but poring over them, creating stories in my head, guessing what the message is - and it changes every time i look at them.

I genuinely think the black and white one from this pair might be one of my favourites ive taken to date. I'm enjoying the contrast between the two - the mood in each is so different, yet the setting and pose are almost exactly the same.

I'm so glad i decided to start this hobby. Look what we made!

Esi. Echos of Arrival. I enjoyed constructing this image and am quite pleased with the outcome. Clearly has echos of Paolo roversi - although the technique is completely different and leaning into my painterly aesthetic. I have experimented with light painting in studio shoots before, but this is a stack of images - a base image taken with flash so I can pull back some sharpness in the face, and then a series of natural light, 1 second exposures, stacked on top and hand blended - definitely no AI! Would definitely appreciate your thoughts. taken in Shutter House by @esi.darmma

I recently shot with the amazing @esi.darmma and what an experience that was. You know when you meet someone for the first time and you feel like you've known them for years? When they just understand you completely on a creative level and seem to be reading your mind before you've even suggested something? Yeah, that. It was so much fun.

I cannot wait to shoot with her again but first I'll be sharing plenty more from this shoot. I'm still working through the edits but i couldn't wait to share this one.
