Going bookshopping is the best, especially when there is your most anticipated read of the year waiting for you: “The Burning Side” by Sarah Damoff.🪻So exciting that this book is also one of the recommended books in August at @rahva.raamat , good choice!
Added to my tbr also “People In Love” by Claire Daverley, it was the story that caught my attention. 💛

The day ended of course at @literaat cafe in Viru keskus. Spent the day with lovely @liilireads .

“The Bright Years” 🩷

Why isn’t this book talked about more often! This was such a heart warming and also wrecking story of a family. And I loved the writing style. What a brilliant debut novel! ✨

BOOK CLUB’S RETREAT ☀️

Suve üks oodatumaid sündmusi. Käisime oma imearmsa raamatuklubiga suvisel väljsõidul @summerhouse.ee Haapsalus. Kaks päeva olid täis mõnusaid vestlusi, head sööki, looduse nautimist ja muidugi raamatute lugemist. Sellise seltskonnaga ja sellises kohas tahaks olla kogu aeg! 🤍

Favourite author for a reason! 🔝

Just finished “The Burning Side” by Sarah Damoff. It was pure perfection, from the story to the writing style. Damoff has a gift of describing lively and realistically family relations and touch your heart. 🥹 @sarahdamoff

I read last year her debut novel “Bright Years” and that was also a brilliant 5 ⭐️ read. Please-please-please add either one of the books to your tbr pile!

@helios.kirjastus ilmus hiljuti eestikeelne tõlge Ashley Postoni raamatust “Seitse aastat meie vahel”. Kui sa oled mõelnud, millist raamatut suvel veel ette võtta, siis see on sinu märk! 🎯

“Seitse aastat meie vahel” on suurepärane romantiline lugu paraja portsu maagiaga. Clementine pärib peale oma tädi lahkumist tema korteri Manhattanil, mis on alati olnud justkui maagiat täis. Üks päev aga kogeb Clementine ise seda maagiat, minnes korterisse sisse astudes seitse aastat ajas tagasi ja kohtudes tollel ajal korterit üürinud mehe Iwaniga. Two 5⭐️ reads in a row! 🤩

I really liked Annabel Monaghan’s book “It’s a love story” which I read last year. This summer I I was again curious to jump into her books and boy, they were literal perfection! Both 5⭐️ reads for me! Perfect mix of womens fiction and romance, perfect for the summer.

Suurepärane suvelugemine ☀️🍉💙

Helios kirjastus saatis paki mõnusa suvelugemisega. Ütlen juba etteruttavalt, mõlemate raamatute autorid on ühed mu SUURED lemmikud!
Et video oleks lõbusam, võtsin oma abikaasa Ragnari appi pakki avama. Ega ta liialt rõõmus ei ole, et mu raamaturiiul taas uute raamatutega täitub, aga vähemalt on video humoorikas. 🤣
