This mama ran and was blessed to take 1st Place Female and 2nd Overall for the 12 hour Run4Kids Ultra!

Also I was able to fundraise for the kid’s @100mileclub Program and met my fundraising goal. Thanks to those of you that donated and supported.

This season has been about showing up through injuries, motherhood, and everything in between. I needed to fill my cup again and the @run4kidsultras race was the perfect opportunity to join in on the fun and run for a good cause, the kiddos! 🧡

THANK YOU so much to my running family/crew for always showing up to help me push though this ultra especially because I chose the night option going from Friday 8pm-8am. I chose to run 12 hours overnight, because I did not want to miss my baby boy’s baseball game. Thank you to my amazing friends Tracy, David and Margie as they helped crew me, pace me, and made sure that I was fueling and hydrating properly. We did this!

Coach @theyogini_runner thank you for believing in me and pushing me every step of the way. Finishing this ultra wouldn’t have happened without your guidance. I really appreciate you!

And finally to the hubby, @eslang thank you for being there through every mile, every high and low. You pushed me (literally) when I needed it most, and I couldn’t have done this without you. I love you!

Lennox laced up his shoes for his first XC Race this weekend.
Our little runner had all the feels Sunday morning.

He was filled with excitement from celebrating his birthday and running his first cross-country race. The work he put in at Flash practice while also balancing his baseball helped him learn to trust both his body and complete his longest run to date.

We’re so proud of him for pushing through the unknown and finishing strong. Continue shining Lennox! We love you! 🧡 by @eslang

Happy 9th Birthday to our amazing son Lennox.

You overcame so many challenges this past year, yet never quit and kept on grinding.

From making the Select Team for your Little League and running your first cross country race today on your birthday, you never cease to amaze us.

Lennox just gave me the best birthday gift. He got 2 hits, 6 stolen bases, 2 of which he stole home and scored twice. He’s been putting in double work, learning multiple positions, and most of all giving it all to win for his ⚾️ brothers. by @eslang

With fall baseball approaching, we’d like to reflect on Lennox’s AAA spring season. He embraced new drills, sharpened his skills, and grew in both confidence and passion for the game. While a wrist injury shortened his season, he devoted the summer to recovery and focused training, preparing to return at full strength. As the new season begins, we’re excited to see him continue developing his love for baseball and rising above any challenges along the way. by @eslang
