I went from 245 pounds at my strongest down to 210 pounds at my leanest.

Somewhere along the way, I lost sight of what I’ve always prioritized—strength.

I’ve always wanted to look “lean” but more importantly, I’ve always wanted to be as strong as I can be.

Now at 225 pounds, the strength is coming back. Hopefully I can hit this weight again but at 225. It’s as EZ as we make. by @esparza_rlle

EZ Lifts Gear was built through years under the bar, early mornings, late nights , hard lessons, and a belief that the right mindset can make the impossible achievable.

Since I was 17, I’ve been passionate about strength training and helping others grow stronger—physically and mentally. One phrase always came up when facing a challenge: “Easy Money” or “This is Easy.” Not because the weight was light or the path was easy, but because preparation, confidence, and grit made it feel possible.

That’s the mentality behind EZ Lifts Gear.
Whether you’re chasing a PR, pushing through a tough season, or pursuing a goal others doubt, success starts with confidence. The challenge may be hard—but your mindset doesn’t have to be.
