O tym jak pasują i jakiej jakości są bodykity OriginLabo krążą historie na całym świecie, tutaj mamy doskonały przykład jak to wygląda. Progi przedłużone o kilka centymetrów, tylne panele docięte, błotnik od strony kierowcy też musiał zostać pocięty. Koniec końców udało się jako tako wszystko przedłużyć i popasować aby miało ręce i nogi.

Stories about the fitment and quality of OriginLabo body kits circulate all over the world, and here we have a perfect example of what that looks like. The side skirts had to be extended by a few centimeters, the rear panels were trimmed down, and the driver’s side fender had to be cut up as well. In the end, we managed to somehow extend and fit everything so it all came together properly. taken in Olsztyn, Poland by @esperformance.poland

Nadkola w S15 zostały umyte, rdza została usunięta, a całość została zabezpieczona masą STP i emalią poliuretanową z lini @novolpl for classic cars.

The wheel arches in the S15 were washed, the rust was removed, and the whole thing was protected with STP sealant and a polyurethane enamel from the @novolpl for classic cars line.

Przy okazji wymiany hydraulicznego hamulca ręcznego e46 otrzymało nowe przewody hamulcowe sztywne i elastyczne w oplocie stalowym od pompy hamulcowej do tylnych zacisków.

While replacing the hydraulic handbrake, the E46 received new hard brake lines and stainless steel braided hoses, running from the master cylinder to the rear calipers.

Ze względu na przerobienie podłogi bagażnika na płasko zaprojektowałem mocowanie akumulatora w celu przeniesienia go na środek auta aby nie był narażony na uszkodzenie podczas uderzenia tyłem, jednocześnie zrobiłem nowe mocowanie fotela aby można było łatwo demontować fotel oraz mocowanie wyłącznika prądu.

Since I flattened the trunk floor, I designed a custom battery mount to move it to the center of the vehicle for better crash protection. I also fabricated a new seat mount for quick disassembly and a bracket for the kill switch.

Środek E46 był w agonalnym stanie więc został umyty, klatka bezpieczeństwa została wyszlifowana do gołego metalu, bo poprzedni lakier miejscami odpadał, po czym cały środek auta został polakierowany metaliczną farbą poliuretanową w kolorze grafitowym, a osłona akumulatora i zaślepki w czarny połysk.

The E46 interior was in terrible shape, so it was thoroughly cleaned. The roll cage was sanded down to bare metal because the previous paint was peeling in places. After that, the entire interior was sprayed with a graphite metallic polyurethane paint, while the battery cover and plugs were finished in gloss black. by @esperformance.poland

Ze względu na przerobienie podłogi na płasko i przeniesienie akumulatora na środek auta aby nie był narażony na uszkodzenie potrzebowaliśmy powiększyć otwór do przestrzeni bagażnika i dorobić pokrywę z blachy, tylna półka została zaślepiona aby zminimalizować dostawanie się kurzu i dymu z bagażnika do wnętrza auta.

Due to the flat floor conversion and moving the battery to the center of the car to protect it from damage, we had to enlarge the trunk access and fab a custom metal cover. We also sealed off the rear shelf to keep dust and smoke out of the cabin. Clean and functional!

Wanna na koło zapasowe w E46 oraz wnęka na akumulator została wycięta, w ich miejsce została wspawana przetłoczona blacha, która została zabezpieczona podkładem epoksydowym. Łączenia blach zostały uszczelnione masą STP, a na koniec wszystko polakierowane farbą poliuretanową.
Poza usunięciem korozji jest teraz łatwiejszy dostęp do dyferencjału.

The spare wheel well and battery tray were cut out and replaced with a bead-rolled metal sheet, then sealed with epoxy primer. All seams were finished with STP sealant, and the whole area was coated with polyurethane paint. Besides getting rid of the rust, it now gives much better access to the differential.
