POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@blessingoffor, a Nigerian-American gospel singer whose sound is filled with depth, faith, and inspiration, was on our set today on #eSplashTVC. He took us through the journey of his music career.

I got a letter from Dolly Parton after she listened to my song. She said it was one of the best songs she had heard in a long time, and she asked if she could sing verse two of my song. That was a great moment for me, he said.

After the role I played in the movie “Monica” as
‘Mama Monica’ I have been getting backlash.
Some people even tag my page and curse me directly,” @blessingonwukwe says.

When @uchemontana sent me the script, l cried after reading it.

Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you
“Mama Monica.”

@lanreadediwura painfully expressed himself on the set of #eSplash today.

I came out of Wura broke. I would have probably gone to my neighbours to beg for garri. The role may have given me the fame I wanted, but the production itself didn’t give me much because everything promised wasn’t fulfilled.

The role deprived me of other opportunities I could have explored.”

This is truly touching and unfortunate.

I had such a fun conversation about my @officialmicdroplive journey with the @esplash_tvc team yesterday. We talked about so much, from my origins as a spoken word artist to what made the difference during the 4 weeks at the bootcamp and competition.

You can watch the full video via the link in my bio, but let us know in the comments if you caught the conversation live!
