Nothing better than a stack of muffins! Finding inspiration and cooking my way through some of my favorite cookbooks. This week I cooked some really great recipes from my newest cookbook ⬇️

Cookbook: @ambitiouskitchen
Recipe: morning glory zucchini carrot muffins

I have so many cookbooks (cookbook addict over here) and they just sit there collecting dust, so I want to start picking a couple cookbook each month and cooking from them and trying new recipes.

Anyone else likes collecting cookbooks? 📚
