Fifteen years of a sentence that no judge handed down. A reminder that sometimes the heaviest bars are the ones we build in our own minds. 🖤

Counsel demands I understand and I do. But I hope when the silence compounds, you'll understand too — that pushing away a caring heart is also a part of life happening. 🤍

Life really does happen, to both sides.

I want to be loved, but I'm not ready to be loved.

Maybe that's the hardest part of healing—not wanting less love, but realizing how much of you is still living in memories that should have ended.

Maybe when those thoughts are finally unlocked, I'll have a chance to love again.

Not Ready to Be Loved.
