i created an animated zine about the dichotomy of remembering and forgetting featured a couple posts ago.

here are the two different print versions that are for sale. one version is a collectors edition, which is a hand painted heavy duty paper casing in the form of an escutcheon for the actual zine. the other version is the zine itself.

in the sediment the found can be hiding.

i would like to thank all who came to the opening. it really meant a lot. truly

what is divine timing?

one month ago i attended a friend show at @aquariumgallery. out front @mu.se_gallery was having their monthly opening as well. with a miniature book in my pocket, i shared it to anyone around. one of these individuals happened to be one of the gallery owners. intrigued, she asked if i would ever be interested in doing a show. of course i said, always! the night proceeded, as time does. in a whisk, the intrigued individual captured me while leaving and confessed the artist for october had backed out. “would you be interested in being the artist for our october opening? no pressure though…” and i said, “let’s cook in the kitchen den!”

i been having an itch. and i am proud of myself. learned so many techniques that I will be exploring and implementing in my work.

an animated zine,
all sounds of the piano by me.

“Kisses on the body bring tears. Almost like a consolation. At home I don’t cry. But that day in that room, tears console both for the past and for the future. I tell him one day…”

“Even before you can discern what is going on, you sense something tremendous happening in the painting, and the ear, one would say, is as moved by it as the eye.”

The cracks in the mirror had grown while no one was looking, but it was the same mirror, the same hole in the wall through which I could still see her……..
