Thank you so much to the Cleos who joined us last week for part one of this very special, important conversation on navigating harm in interpersonal relationships through a therapeutic lens.

We spoke about signs of harm in intimate relationships, the nuances of how harm manifests in Black, sapphic relationships and more.

Please join us TODAY AT 1 PM PST where we’ll be discussing:

-Core wounds and how they show up in communal relationships

-The signs of harm in communal relationships

-What are healthier ways to support people who have been harmed in the sapphic community? How do we reduce shame? How do we resist “cancel culture”?

As well as other key topics. See you soon! by @essenceofcin

Convos With Cleos - our interview series - is back with Ashley Younniä (@ashleyyounnia) live on Substack this Wednesday at 1 PM PT!

Experiencing one of Ashley Younniä’s sonic curations is like being dropped into a full length power ballad love song at a BPM that will invite your body into movement and deeper connection with yourself and the people around you.

She is one of LA’s finest curators and sound selectors whose sonic storytelling is deeply rooted in the Black America tradition of house music.

The soundscapes Ashley has created both on and off the dance floor have led her to work with artists, cultural institutions, and brands including Kelela, Lion Babe, Hillman Grad, The Broad Art Museum, and The Whitney Museum of American Art.

This Wednesday, experience Ashley’s energy and hear more about her story! by @essenceofcin

Sure, you’ve heard of Lesbians that U-Haul into a romantic relationship, but what about u-hauling into a thriving LLC?💥

For SK & Soy building came down to the daily decisions, and the appreciation for one another’s strengths and weaknesses. The personal is the personal, and the business is the business. However, never losing sight of that love and friendship that brought you together in the first place is KEY.

The balanced duo behind @hellagood.company shared their ethos around community building, business partnership, and masc motherhood.
