IT’S OFFICIALLY LIVE!!! 🥹📖✨

I can’t quite believe I’m writing this, but my book, This Is Healing, is officially available to buy on Amazon. 🤍

From something that began as words I needed to get out of my head and heart… to seeing Rachel Anne Lee printed across an actual book that anyone in the world can now buy. 🥹

This Is Healing is part memoir, part self-help and part practical toolkit ,a raw and honest journey through trauma, grief, motherhood, neurodivergence, heartbreak, survival, growth and finding yourself again.

I wrote it for anyone who has ever felt broken, different, overlooked, lost or wondered whether life could ever feel lighter again.

And of course, I couldn’t choose just any price… 😂✨

£11.11 ,because 11:11 has always felt like a little reminder to make a wish, trust the journey and believe that something beautiful might be on its way. 🌙✨

Today, my 11:11 wish looks a little like this. 📖🥹

I’m officially a published author.

If you buy a copy, share this post, recommend it to someone who might need it, or eventually leave me an Amazon review, please know how much that means to me. Every single bit of support helps this little book find the people it was written for. 🤍

🌍💔 HUMAN LIVES ARE NOT FOR SALE — LET’S TALK ABOUT ORGAN TRAFFICKING.

Imagine being treated not as a human being, but as a collection of organs with a price tag.

It’s heartbreaking to even contemplate, yet organ trafficking and exploitation are real human rights concerns happening across the world.

Today, I wanted to raise awareness of something that I believe deserves far more attention.

🕊️ Forced organ harvesting, organ trafficking and the exploitation of vulnerable people.

These are not simply stories from films. They are serious issues that have been documented and investigated by human rights organisations, international authorities and independent tribunals.

In China, particularly disturbing findings and allegations have emerged concerning the forced harvesting of organs from prisoners of conscience, including Falun Gong practitioners.

But this conversation must not stop at China.

🌎 Organ trafficking is a global issue.

Across different parts of the world, poverty, inequality, organised crime, corruption and desperation can leave vulnerable individuals at risk of exploitation.

People experiencing financial hardship may be coerced or manipulated into selling organs, while trafficking networks can profit from human suffering.

And behind every statistic is a human being.

Someone’s child.
Someone’s mother.
Someone’s father.
Someone who has dreams, hopes and a future.

💚 No human life should ever be reduced to its monetary value.

As someone who believes deeply in compassion, kindness, equality and human rights, I feel that awareness is one of the first steps towards meaningful change.

We cannot solve every injustice in the world individually, but we can refuse to look away.

✨ Educate yourself through credible human rights organisations.

✨ Share verified information and help raise awareness.

✨ Support organisations working to protect vulnerable people.

✨ Speak up for human dignity, informed consent and ethical transplantation.

✨ Encourage accountability and independent investigations wherever abuses are suspected.

Human rights should never depend on someone’s nationality, religion, beliefs, financial circumstances or place of birth.

✨🪞 THE MAGIC OF MIRROR WORK

Have you ever stopped, looked into your own eyes in the mirror and truly spoken to yourself with kindness?

Not to check your appearance, find imperfections or criticise what you see, but to genuinely connect with the person looking back at you?

There is something incredibly powerful about learning to become your own safe space. 🤍

Mirror work is a beautiful self-love practice that involves looking into your own eyes while speaking positive affirmations, offering yourself compassion and learning to embrace every part of who you are.

For many of us, particularly those who have experienced trauma, rejection, neurodivergence or years of feeling misunderstood, looking at ourselves with love doesn’t always come naturally.

Sometimes we become so accustomed to our inner critic that we forget we deserve the same kindness, patience and understanding we so freely offer others.

✨ But imagine what could happen if we started speaking to ourselves the way we speak to someone we deeply love.

From a psychological perspective, our internal dialogue can influence our emotions, self-perception and behaviour. Practising compassionate self-talk can help us challenge negative beliefs and gradually develop a kinder relationship with ourselves.

And that is where the magic begins. 🪄

Not because a mirror possesses magical powers, but because we have the ability to change the relationship we have with the person reflected in it.

The most important relationship you will ever nurture is the one you have with yourself. 🤍

So be gentle with that person in the mirror. They’ve carried you through every difficult day, every heartbreak, every challenge and every chapter of your life.

And they’re still here. 🌙✨

Keep sprinkling a little light, including onto yourself. 🍄🤍 by @essential_rustic_delights
