✨Reflecting on Medicine Festival / Part 1 ✨

The theme of @medicinefestival 2026 Walking Together was resonant in so many ways throughout my time as a healing partitioner there.

The care, the shared sense of response-ability, the celebration. The space to welcome shadow aspects into the light, thorough recognition and acceptance.
All experiences were able to reach deeper places, be broader in expression & release, ascend more sweetly, through this all encompassing space of being in it - whatever ‘it’ was - together.

✨ During my @essential_sacred_self offerings at the @mammawellbeing Healing Village a very direct example of this lovingly landed ✨

💖 A beautiful soul turned up for a Crystal Reading and once they had received the intelligence and insight from it went on to see my sister practitioner @shika_chica for a healing.
Working like this, absent from competition and completely honouring our own modalities we were able to support this bright beautiful soul into greater alignment with their inner health and wisdom.
They were able to trust that together we would weave a holding that gave larger scope to the energies available to support them. By first receiving their reading the energetic holding provided guidance for what was currently taking place and how to tend to future growth from there. Once established in this state of clearer perception they were energetically more open to release and re-root into themselves through the healing they next received ✨

🙏 My heart and spirit were touched by the opportunity to give focused singular support by jointly co-creating; and this would have been enough. However, another gift was given when they came back to the Healing Village the next day to thank myself & Shika and we got to see their Soul-shine emanating more strongly due to the joint sessions 🙏

I always feel great gratitude for the honour of being in service through my work. I feel even greater gratitude for being able to assist in offerings that are a shared undertaking with other gifted humans.

Still ✨Extra Shiny ✨ with the festival after glow! Enjoying the yet to fade ✨full-body-thrill ✨ of getting to support growth and transformation through the opportunity of offering my ESS practices @medicinefestival

And something more… A feeling that resonants with humility.

The beauty in witnessing the clients that came step into the opportunity this one singular life presents and align with the unique gifts they can bring through it. Their willingness to boldly embrace and emanate who they essential are and thrive in this.

🫂✨ I had several talks with fellow practitioners during medicinefestival about how it takes a village to keep a single individual thriving.

⚓️✨ As part of the @mammawellbeing Healing Village I felt this tangible support and steady anchor holding my Crystalline therapies, so that even in the excitement, noise and animation of the festival, my clients accessed deep spaces of recognition, acceptance and recalibration.

💡✨ It created meaningful insight as to the impossibility that any of us can thrive in isolation, grow into, or even be aware of our potential without an entire ecosystem nurturing, sustaining and indeed championing us.

🤝✨ Finding our tribe, resting inside of community, being inspired by examples of excellence that exist beyond us. All of this is part of the parcel that is the gift of thriving.

It does take a village. A substantive holding. A community. A tribe.

Holding space in Hampstead Heath for this morning’s Solstice Circle was a heaven on earth moment.

The gifts that were imparted for each individual through this meditation+activation with photonic energy were far-reaching and simple to accept.

☀️Abundance
💛Ease
☀️Our singular song
💛Crowning our own majesty
☀️Claiming our inner light

were all themes that the light codes of the Solstice Sun lay down to be anchored by us in humanely human ways.

What a privilege to facilitate and bear witness to the unfolding energies weaving through light, breath, body & earth. This network of light that we are invited to land in our everyday lives, especially at this point in the year.

May the light and our light ever be a connected force that guides us in living in kind recognition of the divine spark within ourself and others ✨💛✨💛

🌞The light is gathering in strength Showcasing its full photonic glory and reminding us of the opportunity to focus on where we want to actively invest our light. The projects, places & people that we wish to connect to and nurture relationship with through a lightness of being.

🌞The Summer Solstice presents a perfect moment in the cycle of time to go into nature, pause, and plant directional seeds for the next seasonal chapter.

Taking place over this weekend throughout the Northern Hemisphere. This moment of maximum sunlight is the longest day of the year. The gateway from summer to winter. A chance to release into the earth anything you don’t want to carry forward and wire solar energy into the things you seek to bring to fruition.

So this Solstice you can be of service to yourself by:

take time to recollect them & honestly assess what you can do to support them becoming a reality.

Breathe into your belly and from there into the centre of your chest. Once that feels stable begin to draw in breath as light. Inhaling light into the belly and chest. Filling yourself with radiance.

I’ve long loved those that cultivate the courage to be themselves. Staying true to the singular call of their soul and living life with spirit.

I applauded #roisinmurphy long and loud at the #lidofestival2025. Her constant outfit changes and the way she literally drew us into her performance were inspirational.

I also applaud all those that step beyond the seemingly safe cookie-cutter dictates of convention to share the brightness of who they are in heart and soul generously with the world
👏🏾💛👏🏾💛

Sound Healing at its most Life Affirming! That was how the Iggy Pop concert at Ally Pally felt.

What a privilege to receive these classics so expertly orchestrated and generously performed in the company of a varied, celebratory and chilled crowd.

For me it was a real act of communion with a master that has forged his art through his keenness of living.

A thousand thank YOUs @iggypopofficial 🙏🏾

Mum just had her 1st iron transfusion at the hospital today.
This official opening of spring also starts the pre-op process for her hip surgery.

I hope surgery brings her a time of renewed energy and a spring to her step that is as bright as she is ❤️🙏🏾❤️
