To every solo female business owner, creator, and visionary, don’t give up on yourselves…keep going!

As I pause to celebrate my successes and wins of 2023, I have to reflect on how long it took to get here. And there isn’t one thing I would change, as a matter of fact, I’m more proud of my “smaller” wins from years past that have lead to the success of my business in 2023. Those wins stem from some of the most difficult challenges of my life and have transformed me.

One of our favorite clients invited us back for their annual Employee Wellness Fair, so of course we had to create something special. ✨

We had so much fun guiding everyone through creating their own custom Home + Aura Mist — a simple, feel-good ritual designed to bring aromatherapy into everyday life.

We curated three signature blends using some of our favorite everyday essential oils, allowing each guest to choose how they wanted to feel:

GROUNDED
UPLIFTED
CLEAR

Then they blended, added a little crystal energy, and created a mist that was uniquely theirs.

This is what we love about aromatherapy — making it approachable, interactive and FUN. Because sometimes supporting your wellbeing can be as simple as taking a moment to pause, breathe in something beautiful, and choose how you want to feel.

If it smells good, it feels good. 🤍

This past year has been about expanding what wellness can look like within our workplace events and activations.

At the heart of everything we create is intention — to be present, connect and care for our wellbeing. I love teaching how small, mindful choices around what we breathe, use in our homes, put in our bodies and consume can support our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Cheer Full comes from a very personal part of me. More than 15 years ago, I began my own journey with sobriety, and I’ve learned that choosing not to drink doesn’t mean opting out of the experience.

There’s something meaningful about the ritual of gathering around a drink — the pause, the conversation, the connection, the cheers. None of that has to belong exclusively to alcohol.

So bringing Cheer Full to life alongside friends feels incredibly full-circle. We’re creating delicious, elevated mocktails with non-alcoholic spirits, paired with conversation and education around zero-proof alternatives.

It’s not about taking something away. It’s about creating more options — more ways for everyone to participate, connect and make choices that feel intentional for them.

Non-alcoholic spirits. Mindful mocktails. Social connection. Brighter days. 🥂

Some weekends fill your calendar.

Others fill your cup.

I’m so excited to be joining Camp Bliss at the Omega Institute as the aromatherapist facilitator this summer.

I’ve always loved @omega —not just because of what you learn there, but because of how you feel while you’re there. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, breathe a little deeper, reconnect with yourself, and remember that taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury.

I’ll be guiding women through the experience of formulating their own personalized aromatherapy blends while exploring how essential oils can support emotional well-being, presence, and restoration

Looking forward to a beautiful weekend of connection, restoration, and community. 🤍 Link in bio for full details 🌿 by @essentially_grounded

Three locations. Hundreds of hands. One shared intention 🌱

We brought the Plant Your Intentions Herb Market to Tiffany & Co. and created something truly special across their teams ✨

Guests chose their herbs—lavender, mint, basil, and thyme—each one paired with how they want to feel 💫
They wrote their intentions on dissolvable paper, to be watered into the soil… and nurtured over time.

A simple ritual that turns into something living, growing, and meaningful 🌿

We also shared herbal infusion recipes and everyday ways to use these plants—bringing wellness into their routines through food, tea, and small daily moments of care.

Because wellness doesn’t have to be complicated… it can be joyful, intentional, and something you carry home with you 🪴

Bridal shower season is here 🤍✨
And there’s nothing we love more than creating a space where celebration meets intention.

Our Aromatherapy Bar is a unique, interactive experience where guests blend their own signature essential oil creations—choosing aromatics that reflect how they want to feel. Calm, uplifted, grounded… or a little bit of everything.

It’s the perfect bridal shower activity and one of our favorite bride-to-be favors—something meaningful your guests will actually use and love long after the celebration.

Because the best bridal favors aren’t just beautiful… they’re felt 🤍✨

Say yes to the opportunity.
Even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.

Say yes to the idea that excites you and scares you at the same time.
Say yes to the room you’re not sure you belong in.

The people building something great aren’t always the most prepared —
they’re the ones bold enough to believe in themselves first.

Bet on yourself.
Wildly. Unapologetically.

Every big step in my life and business started with one simple decision:
I said yes… and figured it out along the way.

Trust yourself. Take the risk. Say yes. ✨

Sending out gratitude, one box at a time. Feeling really grateful this year… for the partners who’ve been with me for so long and the new clients who trusted me for the first time. Truly… every opportunity has been a blessing.
Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving xox

Nothing accelerates your self-growth or asks you to truly meet yourself like creating a business from the ground up. And nothing stretches your humility, trust, and faith in something greater than you quite like walking the path of a solo business owner.
