Immune boosting bomb 😍
Haven’t been sick once this winter and it’s all thanks to this bad boy. There is something so empowering about taking your health into your own hands and supporting your body naturally.

Running 2 businesses and working part time is no joke, but these are just the beginning phases 🌿
Aromaease and coffee are two of the things keeping me sane at this point.

Do you know the story behind Thieves?🍋 In the early 1900 the French where struck by a horrible plague leaving many many people dead.
During this time there was a group of thieves going around robbing corpses of jewelry and any other possessions. The authorities couldn’t understand how these robbers hadn’t caught the plaque.
Once the robbers were caught they were asked how they had avoided catching the plague, the robbers told the authorities that they had smeared themselves in clove, lemon and all the other components which is now known as “Thieves”. How incredible is that?

I don’t think there is a more relaxing scent on the planet, putting 1-2 drops of lavender oil on your pillow at night or adding a couple of drops to your diffuser will have you drifting away on cloud 9 before you know it 🌝

Another blend I can’t live without 🌿 Over the last month I’ve launched 2 businesses, this one and a marketing consultancy, I would be lying if I told you that I want a little stressed out most of the time but this oil hand in hand with lavender oil has really helped keep me relaxed. 🌺
