The Heart of the City - Gallery 002 was nothing short of a special collective of artists sharing space and curating a vibe unlike no other with their gifts!

@kazakeane you did outstanding and you could really feel the purpose and intention behind the event! I'm excited to see what next year's batch of artists are willing to share with the world while being in a safe space with the right people🙏🏽 by @essentialtee

I vowed to myself that I would intentionally wear "real clothes" this year.

After becoming a mom, it's so easy to be comfortable in Athleisure. The thing is, I've always loved clothes...problem is I would just hoard pieces because I didn't want to feel over dressed or stand out too much.

After my Nana passed on last year, I realized I have to live in colour. She was always my favourite fashion inspiration and we always talked about trends and classic style together. Dressing like a "somebody" as she would say is important and it's one way that I can keep her memory and legacy alive.

So here's to more random posts of me actually wearing all the clothes that I've put down over the years!

I love you Nana💛🩷 by @essentialtee

Pastor Frank told us to write down what we're grateful for and here's my list.

So blessed and highly favoured. Thank you Jesus for covering my family in your blood and leading us on a path to walk with you and be used as a vessel to share the Good News.

Huge shoutout to @eastvintageshop for this throwback @bluejays jacket that I wore to the @bujubanton show last night!!

I went in there on Saturday to check them for the first time and I was not disappointed.

Great customer service, amazing inventory and the vibes were right.

If you're in the East, check them out - it's a MUST! by @essentialtee
