Last year, after my injury, I had to learn how to walk again. What once came naturally suddenly became painful, frustrating, and uncertain. I even had to undergo surgery, and there were moments I felt defeated watching everyone else move forward while I was just trying to take one more step.

But God never stopped carrying me.

This year, the same girl who was relearning how to walk is now walking across the stage earning her Master’s in Psychology.

That journey changed me forever. It taught me that healing is not just physical it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual too. Every painful step, every setback, every tear became part of my testimony. What almost broke me became proof of God’s strength in my life.

There were days I didn’t understand why I had to go through it, but now I see that God was building perseverance, faith, and purpose in me the entire time. The walk was hard, but quitting was never an option because His grace kept meeting me at every step.

“And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace… will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” 1 Peter 5:10

From relearning how to walk… to walking across the stage.
