I’m just happy when I move. It’s a challenge, but I’m proud I’m pushing through.

Growing up, there were two genres on my playlist: Rock and Salsa. Here is a hybrid for my day 2 choreo. Mambo on 2.

This is a love letter to myself before I say goodbye to my 30s.

1 choreo per day for 10 days, 30 seconds. It’s not perfect, but I got Day 1 done.

I release you, fear and doubt. And I let it all out.

Production by me, because I crack myself up.

I’m in and out of dance… but dance is never done with me. Beyond ecstatic to take my first Mambo Jazz class. My smile says it all.
