Thrift with me in Canada 🇨🇦

Thrifting in Canada is a resellers dream. I love going there and finding all the donated English china, baskets, linens, etc. I try to combine my visits to see family with shopping for my store! This trip did not disappoint!

I spent the day at Etsy Up Close, getting a behind‑the‑scenes look at Etsy HQ and connecting with the team and other sellers. It was a quick trip to Brooklyn, but such a meaningful one — a full day of learning, meeting other sellers, and seeing how everything comes together behind the platform. And because I can’t go anywhere without thrifting, I squeezed in a haul and somehow packed every single find into one carry‑on. A perfect trip from start to finish. @etsysuccess @doodlesbykaren

It is time I reintroduced myself and assure you there is a real person behind my Etsy shop.

My name is Grace. I am a wife and mom of 3 girls. I love coffee, interior design and gardening. I am quiet but high energy. I love to run and exercise. I am always busy with something.

I opened Estate of Curiosity two years ago. My love of vintage comes from my dad. He was always a collector of rare items. He traveled far to acquire and collect Native American baskets, he commissioned pottery, he loved Russian art, Inuit tea dolls or anything else that struck his fancy. After he passed away I opened this shop in memory of him.

I love the thrill of the hunt-finding the perfect piece. It is a passion to bring those found treasures to you.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to set up my displays to not only show off what I am selling but to be as appealing as possible. This one came together easily as every piece is unique and special.

✨Coming Soon

I’ve been collecting vintage jewelry for as long as I can remember. The first piece I ever wore was my grandmother’s ring, followed by a belt my mom passed down when she no longer wanted it.
