If one day you find yourself feeling lost, overwhelmed by the city, by the pace of things, by conversations that don’t touch your heart, come back here.

What you felt was love, peace, strength, beauty, truth. You didn’t make it up. You didn’t imagine it. It was real. And more importantly, that was you.

You saw yourself. You felt yourself. You held yourself.

You remembered that you are not just one version of who you are. You are many. You can be soft and strong, emotional and clear, sensitive and brave, all at once.

Love does not mean pleasing or staying silent. Love begins with you, with being true to what you feel, even when others don’t understand.

You also remembered what it means to be present. In your body. In your soul. With the earth. You realized there are wild, instinctive, animal parts of you, and that this is not wrong. This is aliveness. This is connection.

You don’t need to explain any of this. You don’t need to convince anyone. You only need to live from that place, slowly.

Eat differently. Listen differently. Walk differently. Speak more from your center.

And when everything around you tries to pull you back into what was, come back here. To this. To what you felt. To what you know.

None of it is gone.

What woke up in you is still here, waiting for you to keep choosing it.

This letter is for that. To remind you. To help you return. To not lose the part of you that, this time, chose not to hide. by @este_bardo
