We know what nannies do. It’s time we recognize why it matters.

At Estella & Co., we’re changing the conversation. Because the value of care goes far beyond the work itself. 🤍✨

From caring for families to building something made for them.

Today I opened Estella & Co.’s first business bank account. The agency I once dreamed about is becoming real, one step at a time.

Stay close. We’re building a legacy with childhood at its heart. This is only the beginning.✨

It is an honor to welcome you to Estella & Co. Private Staffing—where exceptional care is not simply promised; it is the standard.

Long before Estella & Co. had a name, it was being shaped inside the homes of families—through years of caring for children, supporting parents, and experiencing firsthand the extraordinary difference the right person can make within a home.

Now, those years of experience have a name, a purpose, and an official beginning.

Introducing Estella & Co. during National Nanny Recognition Week feels especially meaningful because nannies are at the heart of this vision. To the providers who hold tiny hands while keeping entire households together—to those who comfort difficult days, protect childhood, support parenthood, and offer love through the quiet moments no one else sees: your work doesn't simply support families, it strengthens them!

Estella & Co. was not founded from a distance. It was born from living this work, understanding its responsibility, and believing that professionals who dedicate themselves to families deserve a community that will advocate for them, protect their value, and represent them with the same care they provide every day.

Our standard is personal and uncompromising: families deserve complete confidence in the people welcomed into their homes, professionals deserve profound respect for the work entrusted to them, and every placement should be thoughtful, intentional, and built to last.

This certificate represents far more than the formation of a company. It marks the first official chapter of a legacy built from an unwavering belief that exceptional care has the power to transform a household.

Estella & Co. is built with equal intention for the families we serve and the professionals we represent. In the months ahead, we'll share pre-launch details, hiring opportunities and ways to become apart of our beginning. Our website and official launch will arrive January 2027 with the exact dates to be announced✨

We place with purpose.
We serve with excellence.
We build for childhood.
