LET’S MOVE!

Seconda edizione di yoga e movimento al Pavarano ✨ @il_pavarano

In Danimarca esiste un modo di iniziare la mattina che è quasi una filosofia: rallentare, condividere, assaporare. è quello che Ester ha portato a casa da Copenaghen, e che vogliamo riproporre mescolandola ai prodotti del nostro territorio.

Domenica 17 maggio ti aspettiamo per una mattinata di movimento e cultura, corpo e tavola.

Si parte con il primitive movement di Aurora, poi hatha yoga con Ester, poi brunch danese con ingredienti locali — la lentezza nordica e i sapori di casa, insieme.

Still can’t quite get my head around the fact that last week I co-hosted my first retreat, where 26 women came to Balance&Nourish themselves through two gentle practices and nourishing food that we homemade with so much love. All surrounded by the beautiful hills of my hometown at @il_pavarano

Last week, I welcomed some friends and family into a meditative morning where we practiced yoga, meditation and sauna, surrounded by the beautiful hills of my hometown. I spent my birthday at home, after way too many years. I cooked with my mom, and sat at a table in between my 96-year-old grandma and my 1-year-old nephew.
