Did you know? 🍎

Portland drinks more cider per capita than any other city in the US! Not surprising, given the great selection at many bars around town and our grocery stores.

I’m always reminded not to take this for granted when I vacation in other cities and sadly often find zero ciders on the menu!

Fresh hopped!

Hopped cider isn’t something I normally reach for. I’m not anti-beer but I don’t like the super hoppy stuff. This one has just the perfect amount to be refreshing! I love this one from @baumanscider

This apple doesn’t brown!

I picked up a Soluna apple at the store, which was new to me. Was it worth $3.99 a pound? No. But if it went on sale I’d buy it again. It sure is pretty but isn’t anything mind blowing.

The bright acidity and citrus notes really elevated this steak and pepperjack burrito.

Yes, I’ve still been eating @tacobell this whole time. Maybe I’ve got an iron stomach but it’s never bothered me!

Albemarle is goated 🔥

Here I paired their Royal Pippin with a new Taco Bell menu item: the fajita steak street chalupas. Spoiler alert: it was awesome.

The cider itself is bright with tropical and white grape notes, and everything you want to be drinking this summer.

It also paired well with the Doritos nacho fries, which I hadn’t had before either. Ive never met a potato I didn’t like.

Anyway, I’ve got three more bottles to pop, so there will be more Albemarle pairings in the future! Thanks for being fans of the series, because I’m such a fan of you!!
