Watch me regrow my hair with my scalp care routine 🌺

1. Hair oiling 3-4 times a week. I only use hair oils with testing behind it because I have no time to waste! I use jojoba as the carrier and rosemary essential oil as the active. If you’ve never used this mixture do a little patch test! 1/3 oz jojoba with 10 drops of rosemary essential oil.

2. My $5 scalp exfoliation brush is a necessary step because it gives me gentle physical exfoliation. Yes, there are exfoliating serums and pre-shower washes but I don’t find they are efficacious enough to spend money on. Good physical exfoliation is much better for my needs. I have an oily scalp so it works better. I exfoliate before each wash 3-4 times a week.

3. Hair wash 3-4 times a week of every time I oil! A clean scalp is important. I don’t care what anyone says!!! A clean scalp is a healthy scalp, you CANNOT train your hair to get less greasy over time by not washing. You can wash your hair as often as you want but the method matters. I also use my shampoo brush from @hellojupiter for every wash to get my scalp actually clean.
Be generous with conditioner especially if washing as often as I do.

4. After shower- I use my holy grail scalp and hair products.

5. Hydrate and protein! I drink my skincare smoothies every single day no matter what. I crave them and I love them. Fiber keeps things moving and that helps everything.
