Posting late… was busy living in the moment.

Turning 50 comes with plenty of reflections, but if there’s one thing this birthday reminded me of, it’s how much the people around you matter. I feel incredibly grateful for the friends in my life. So different, yet all equally kind, generous, authentic, funny and inspiring.

Celebrating in the beautiful @destijlkamer_amsterdam after cruising the canals certainly didn’t hurt. Loved sitting around @mataydemayee ‘s table, enjoying beautiful food, good conversations and all the little details that make a place feel so special.

@lapetitecolombe - Still my favourite culinary experience so far.

The gardens, the view, the art, the food, the wines, the interior - and that rare balance of relaxed yet exceptional hospitality.

Hospitality has always felt like home to me. I didn’t end up in luxury fashion and retail by accident. I’m still drawn to places where creativity, aesthetics and genuine care for the guest come together. Where all senses are engaged.

A slow year.
A grounding year.
A year of deep learning, deep connection, and travel.

Travel has always been a highlight. But seeing my teenage son discover that same love has been pure magic.

This is him, running on one of Lombok’s gorgeous beaches. This image has been the background on my phone for months now. A perfect reminder of the clear blue sky. Always there. Even when cloudy, even when you forget to look up.

Looking back at mini-retreat The Pleasure Practice.

Held at @haven_yogapilates, we created space for women to reconnect with their bodies and desires - without shame, pressure, or performance.

A space to explore sensuality as part of wellbeing and self-care through:
• Breath
• Mindful movement
• Honest, open conversation
• And yes, laughter

This wasn’t just an event. It was a reminder of what becomes possible when women feel safe, supported, and invited to come home to themselves.

Still glowing from this beautiful afternoon.
We moved, we talked, we listened, we shared, we connected - and we laughed, a lot.

To the incredible women who showed up with so much openness and curiosity: you made this magic.
