Even as we celebrate Christmas…
Let us remember the beauty of balance.
Yes, we want to look good.
Yes, we want our children to feel the joy.
Yes, we want the food to be plenty and the moments perfect.
But wisdom reminds us to celebrate with a heart of moderation.
December joy should not steal January peace.
Celebrate, but plan.
Enjoy, but save.
Contentment is also a gift this season. Faith#christmasiscoming🎄 by @estheragada24

Stepping into the world of tech through this scholarship has been one of the most transformative experiences of 2025. When I applied, I wasn’t sure if I was “qualified enough” or “techy enough,” but I knew I had a passion for growth. Today, I’m grateful I took that first step.
Through the social media management training, I’ve learnt how to build compelling online stories, how to create content with purpose, and how to grow and manage digital communities in a way that feels authentic and impactful. I’ve learnt the strategy behind social platforms—analytics, content planning, brand voice, storytelling, engagement—and I now understand that social media is not just posting; it’s a powerful tool for influence, visibility, and opportunity. If you’re a woman who has ever felt drawn to tech but held back by fear, doubt, or lack of opportunity, I want you to hear this clearly:
Apply.
Apply even if you’re not sure.
Apply even if you feel like you’re starting from zero.
Apply because your growth, your future, and your dreams are worth fighting for.
This scholarship changed my life in ways I didn’t expect—yours might just be the next story worth celebrating. by @estheragada24

Good Good news!!! I want to really appreciate the empower her community for giving me this opportunity to be part of the bootcamp 3.0
I’m genuinely excited to be part of this bootcamp to learn community management because I see it as a powerful way to build meaningful connections, foster engagement, and create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel heard and valued. Community management is at the heart of strong organizations, movements, and digital platforms, and I’m eager to gain the tools and strategies to contribute effectively in that role.

What excites me most is the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and peers—people who have navigated the challenges of building and sustaining communities. I believe this bootcamp will equip me with practical skills such as conflict resolution, digital engagement, content planning, and data-informed decision-making, which are all essential in today’s dynamic, often virtual, environments.

By the end of the program, I intend to:

Deepen my understanding of the principles and responsibilities of community management
Learn how to foster a vibrant, engaged, and respectful community, both online and offline
Build a toolkit of strategies to handle challenges like low engagement, negativity, or rapid growth
Connect with a network of fellow learners and mentors for continued support and collaboration. #EHCNTBootcamp3.0#EHCNTBootcampParticipant#EHCNTBootcamp by @estheragada24

The Techfit event has finally come and gone, and guess what? It was worth it in every sense. The session was on the topic : Tech roles that fits you and how to get started even with zero experience.
The session was organized by MumsNTech in partnership with Zulfahng to celebrate the international women day. Our coach for the session was Abayomi Ajao. Here are my take home from the session. * Everyone can go into tech regardless of your age or gender.
*Start it afraid, fear will stop your desired change.
*Tech is divided into two; code based tech fields and non code tech fields. *Don’t go into tech with the intention of making money immediately .
*Firstly learn the skill, then build experience, drive value before you start thinking of making money.
* Finally leverage on mentorship and internship.
Our coach broke down tech skills and relates it to everyday life routines which makes it relatable and easy to understand.
I gained clarity and direction on which tech role fits me more and I can’t wait to launch deeper.
Thank you Zulfahng, Thank you MumsNtech for giving women an opportunity to experience growth .
