Okay but can we TALK about these portraits?! 😮‍💨

Because how does a random street in Doolin have this many cute little buildings?!

And who knew the outside of a sweater shop could make such a banging backdrop for portraits?!

This is your reminder that you don’t always need some epic, perfectly planned location to create incredible wedding photos. Sometimes it’s the tiny streets, colourful doors, textured stone walls + the places you’d normally walk right past that end up being the ones that leave you with your jaw on the ground.

Fisher Street in Doolin, Ireland… you understood the assignment. 🤌🏻

Rain doesn’t ruin your photos. I repeat: RAIN DOES NOT RUIN YOUR PHOTOS.

Here’s the proof….

The moody skies, the fog rolling through the mountains, the movement, the cozy moments under umbrellas… it can make a gallery feel SO good.

So if you’re planning your wedding and the forecast isn’t looking exactly how you pictured it, don’t panic.

Your photos aren’t ruined. We’re just going to get creative with it.

And if anything, a little rain can make those Whistler mountains look even more magical.

This is what it’s all about. 🤍

Not just taking the photos.
Not just delivering a gallery.
But getting to be part of a moment that means EVERYTHING to my clients.

This was a surprise proposal, which meant keeping the secret, capturing every little reaction, and making sure she had no idea what was coming.

And then getting to watch her see the entire gallery for the first time… 🥹

This reaction is exactly why I care so much about the client experience.

Because one day, the proposal itself will be a story they tell over and over again.

But these photographs?

They let them feel it all over again.

Your photos should never just be something you download and forget about. They should bring you right back to the butterflies, the tears, the laughter, and the feeling of realizing, oh my oh my… this is really happening.

6 months ago, I made the best decision of my entire life!! I can’t even describe how much this day meant to me, to get to be on the other side of things and marry my best friend, the love of my life + the kindest soul EVER💛😭

I knew marriage would be awesome, but it’s even better than I thought, spending every day with my husband cannot be beat!!! The last 6 months have been the best 6 months of my life!

My husband and I have been saying how epic our wedding was and wishing we could do it all again, but thankfully our wedding video highlight film showcases how we felt during this AMAZING celebration with family and friends and I have watched it a million times already because I LOVE RELIVING THIS DAY!!!!!

Although the day completely flew by, we didn’t eat dinner b/c so much to soak in (and I couldn’t resist the golden hour lighting😅), I didn’t get to have a chat with every single person, the incredible part is how we could feel the love and support of every single person in the room and that meant the world to us❤️❤️❤️
