Do I always feel like going to the gym? Absolutely not. Do I ever regret going? Also no. 😅 Anyway… we showed up! 💪🏾🔥 Today we’re working on the upper body — arms, shoulders and back. 💪🏾 Some days are easier than others, but at 53 going 54, staying strong and active is one of the best things I can do for myself. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙂 Who else had to drag themselves to the gym today… or at least convince themselves to do some exercise? 😂 #WomenOver50 #FitnessOver50 #UpperBodyWorkout #WomenWhoLift #GymGirl by @estree16
